A lovely modern hotel with excellent and attentive staff. Would definitely stay again and breakfast was superb. Thank you!

The room and bathroom was spacious and clean with good toiletries. The staff were helpful especially the porters with loading of bags. Great location next to shopping centres and close to town.

The room and buildings were beautiful. The service varied. Sometimes very good, sometimes stand offish but professional. The service at the poolside was a bit rude. Our request for napkins when we received some food was met with eye rolling for example. The food was 3/5. One exception was the afternoon tea which was wonderful.

A special cultural window into George Town’s Past. Architectural design and furnishings, owner’s hospitality, and attentiveness of the staff made for a truly memorable experience. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
