The best location in Kaanapali! Two great outdoor bars on the beach, two awesome pools and endless views.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent, close to shopping and restaurants, with easy beach access. While there is a charge for car parking, which is common for hotels in the area, it was manageable. The only downside for us was that the activities offered were often fully booked, which is understandable but still disappointing. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Love the view where we stayed. Very clean and the staff were amazing. Just walking out from the hotel and going straight to the beach was amazing. I have nothing but to say good things about my stay. I will definitely recommend to everyone 😊

Our room was peaceful and beautifully appointed, with a lanai that offered sweeping ocean views and the kind of stillness that instantly puts you at ease. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Outrigger Reef Waikīkī Resort! The location is convenient to a lot of shopping and dining options. The quick beach access is a plus. We love the energy at the hotel with nightly live music and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!

My stay at The Ritz Carlton O’ahu, Turtle Bay exceeded all my expectations! I arrived early and was anticipating needing to wait a bit to check-in to my room, but to my delight, my room was ready AND I received a free room upgrade to ocean view. I almost fainted when I got to my room and saw the view I had from my lanai! All of the staff was warm, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the island and activities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that me and my family had the most perfect experience. The only thing I made note of is that there are people not staying at the property that come to visit, and they try participating in the activities that are exclusively for hotel guests - this happened twice for activities I was attending (lei making and hula dancing). I was surprised that non-resort guests were allowed to participate. That’s what our resort fees go towards, I believe. Anyways, that was minor in the grand scheme of things. This resort and the staff are top notch! I had the best time here and wept when I had to leave. I hope to return someday.

We stayed in the Diamond Head Tower and the beds were very uncomfortable. Room was clean but dated and needs updating for the nightly fees that Hilton is charging. A good but tired facility.
