I appreciated the large room size, the view, the kindness of the staff, and all of the ammenities. Having the kitchen and laundry inside the room was super helfpul during my stay.

Ideally located, near all amenities, restaurants, bars and Auckland nightlife. The hotel also has a great pool and sauna, as well as an amazing breakfast buffet. Will book my next trip there for sure.

Booked the hotel for the whole
Family. The room was perfectly beautiful and spacious, view from the balcony straight to the sky tower.we will definitely be coming back.

They make you pay before you stay (different to other QT hotels). Some basic amenities missing in the room, were brought by reception. My PJs, which I left under my pillow, were literally left in a ball on the bed. Clean room on arrival, but cleaning during the stay left much to be desired. Odd bathroom doors, would not want to be sharing a room with anyone…
