Bathroom clean enough but warn and grotty.
Bedroom didn't have AC and lounge unit didn't reach that raf!
Check in and out process missing instructioons.
Otherwise the place is fine but not good

The Royal Albert Hotel is so convenient being right in the CBD. During our stay we went for many walks to see all the Christmas decorations & lights, everything was so close by. We enjoyed a perfect stay with the staff being very attentive & explained everything very well to us.

The staff can definitely be improved. I was quite confused with the way the parking worked and left feeling mocked by two female front desk staff. As I left both staff members were seen laughing together. Very unprofessional especially when I needed help as to understand how it worked. Also our food was delivered cold and soggy. It was expensive which was not an issue as we were excited to get room service though left disappointed.
The hotel itself was great will definitely go back just wish we were treated with more dignity from front desk.
