Loved everything about this accommodation. Highly recommended and would return. So spacious, huge bed and too comfortable. Room service a bonus. Food was delicious too. Staff pleasant and accommodating.

We checked in late, it was a smooth and hassle free, we were surprised how quiet it was in our room, considering the noise coming from next door at the Hotel. Staff on departure were bright and helpful. We would definitely share our experience with friends who often ask where we stayed on our travels.

Super plush and comfy bed. Friendly staff. Would have loved a long hot shower, however the hot water wasn’t in existence along with high water pressure. Fair enough if we have to adapt to water saving measures but to have the heat adjusted so much so that no cold water is needed is a deal breaker for me. Another seemingly small issue was the teabag supply. Never

It was very convenient staying at Calamvale - the shopping was good and it was a great location for us visiting family nearby. The only issue I had was trying to order a short black coffee by room service but was given a long black, so I sent it back and they sent another long black, saying that was what a short black was.

Worst Sleep I’ve ever had When you pay $250-$300 a night to get a good sleep this is what you would expect We understand that there can be events, & normally would not have an issue, if it was considerate to all guests. However the screaming& music that was actually vibrating in our rooms from a function which was allowed to continue into the early hours of the morning is completely unacceptable We had other friends staying on the same floor & by midnight we all thought that it would get turned down or off but it got louder & shouting , screaming & banging increased to the point that some of us felt frightened - we called reception, they were apologetic but powerless to stop the noise, it continued for a further length of time after 1pm If management cannot control a function in their building to be able to consider all paying guests, then I believe there needs to be a warning for guest that the management allow this behaviour & not to stay at this establishment if you want a good night’s sleep
