Had a wonderful stay here. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean with soft bedding. Convenient transportation nearby, overall fantastic experience and highly recommended.

The room was very nice and clean and property was amazing. So many beautiful animals to see and lovely to take a leisurely stroll. The staff was very friendly and there was a variety of delicious food for breakfast.

Hotel staff were very helpful with everything you need. My housekeeper was amazing during our stay, not only she kept our suite super clean, she is very attentive and caring. We had a wonderful stay there!

A 5-star hotel that didn't deliver the one thing it promised in writing. I chose this hotel for my birthday because it told me, in writing, that "our butler team will prepare the birthday cake and room decoration for you" and that it would provide customized, personalized service. I am traveling alone on the other side of the world, and I picked this hotel over the one I was already staying in because I thought it would be special. At check-in, I was wished a happy birthday and told nothing else. By 8pm on my birthday, I had received no cake, no decoration, and no word from the butler about either. The hotel I stayed at before this one left balloons and a stuffed animal for my birthday without being asked. When I asked this hotel's concierge to arrange a car to the airport, I was told to order a Didi myself. The building is impressive and the room, on the 16th floor, is good. But a hotel at this price that promises a specific birthday service in writing and delivers nothing has failed at the basics of hospitality. I made the wrong choice by staying here, and I regret it.
