The staff was amazing. So nice and helpful. Somehow they left a better impression than the beautiful scenary.

We really love Asakusa View Hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Our room is spotless. Location is near train station and restaurants and of course, breakfast is still amazing. We will be back. Thank you for taking care of us.

Amazing location right next to Ryogoku station. Lots of dining options around the area and connected to many parts of Tokyo. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. However if you have a room facing the river you are next to a highway and you can very slightly hear the cars. Not enough to wake you up, but if it's quiet you can hear them occasionally.

This was a very nice and clean hotel. However, we were there in January and it was extremely hot. There’s no air conditioning and if there is, she said it was off during the winter. We had to keep our siding glass door open during the night to be able to keep it cool enough to sleep. There is a sister hotel right next-door that does not have the word SHIN in it. My friend stayed there. They had AC so I would recommend it over this one. Breakfast is $35 so not the best place to eat, especially if you like American style. There’s not much to walk to in the area. The only place to get an ultimate breakfast would be 711 that is located inside the hotel or taking a cab to McDonald’s or somewhere else. So it is a beautiful hotel. They had a nice restaurant for lunch or dinner. I have nothing bad to say except that it was way too hot in there and again you couldn’t really walk anywhere to eat. they do speak English there so you can function, but they do not understand much at all. If you have to ask any difficult questions, lol. But you’ll check in and out just fine :-)

Staff, clean room, and bathroom amenities were all excellent. Central location close to transportation hubs was favorable.
