The location is perfect, the people were great, food was great, but the hotel could use a renovation...

Great location, walkable to the town centre. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is worn. Some challenges with the hotel room - no fan in the bathroom, poor soundproofing, and very tiny tv given the size of the rooms. Quality of the room service food was average. Probably would not stay again

Awesome place to stay in Queenstown. One of the best places we have stayed at in our travels all over the world. Full amenities and the location can't be beat! Be sure to book the lake facing units as waking up every morning to the view of the Remarkables is a once in a lifetime experience. The units are well equipped and the reception staff was very accommodating and reachable. You can even rent a BBQ grill for a day to cook some steaks while admiring the view. Its a 10 minute walk to the heart of Queenstown or a 2 minute bus ride. We really enjoyed our stay and miss it already.

The staff were the highlight of my trip, they were kind and so helpful anything I needed they were available

Amazing staff.. the ones at the restaurant were extremely helpful. The hotel is basic and tired . At the same time time it is clean, the beds are comfortable and the heater works well inspite of no aircon.

Beautiful location on the lake with a lakeside view. The water taxi getting in and out of town was great to avoid the traffic. Pick up bus from the hotel to the ski fields very convenient as we as ski rental shop.

Room was clean and large. View was good. Breakfast was lovely.
