Staff are very helpful

Clean and comfortable

Beautiful, spacious room in a convenient location. On-site parking was $20 per day, which felt reasonable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The fireplace was a lovely touch and kept the room warm and cosy, the room itself was very well insulated, and the shower pressure was excellent. There were a few downsides. At night there was a noticeable sound coming from within the walls that didn’t occur during the daytime. The room service menu for dinner mains was also quite limited. Unfortunately, the hair dryer provided appeared damaged and started sparking, which could have become dangerous if I hadn’t quickly switched it off at the power point. A few small improvements could make the stay even better — more TV channel options for kids would be great, and the front desk occasionally didn’t answer calls from the room, so it was easier to walk down in person for requests like cutlery. The spa was extremely hot while the pool was quite cold, so balancing the temperatures a little better would improve the experience. Overall though, it was an enjoyable and relaxing stay with wonderful staff, and we had a great time.

What a fabulous resort! We were lucky enough to be staying in a one bedroom suite that was beautifully furnished and immaculate throughout, in fact so lovely that it was difficult to go exploring each day I would have happily curled up in front of the fireplace and read my book for 2 days with the occassional stroll around the amazing facilities! The resort facilities are immaculate, with a shuttle running into Arrowtown or Queenstown every hour. We are already planning our return stay.

Great place to stay - we went with our 2 year old which can always be challenging but the staff were all so friendly and accomodating. We had a suite which was really spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend
