Loved everything about this hotel! Spotless, modern rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Close to Mulberry St and all the restaurants. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff were brilliant, service was good. A couple of points to note which were not deal breakers but perhaps can be improved. The door to our room was too short and noise insulation was bad. We can hear our neighbours coming back in the middle of the night and doors slamming. Phone in our room wasn't working very well. Sofas in the apartment for breakfast and drinks were not most comfy. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, clean, lots of shopping and dinning options.

The staff is exceptionally hospitable. The property is uniquely beautiful. The SoHo Diner is remarkable. The surrounding neighborhood is delightful.

Just hated how thin the walls were at night. Barely could sleep from the honking and noises from the other rooms.
