The pillows were absolutely awful. Soft as anything. You had to fold them up to sleep. And the ln the beds were only doubles

Beautiful, large living space with amazing ocean view. Had more than we could have needed from the patio furniture to all the small appliances and dishes. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The car we rented was well maintained and a wonderful option to have.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for a 4 night city break.
You cannot beat the location!
Staff were friendly and absolutely loved swimming some laps in the pool with a fabulous view of the river, Southbank & the Star Casino.
Will definitely stay again.

customer service from management was terrible! They do not value their loyal customers who have stayed there numerous times over 30 years! very disappointing. We love the actual hotel, but after this incident will find it hard to return and they just didn't care!
