It’s called and priced as a luxury resort but the service is a 3-star hotel. They provide nothing in the rooms, not even coffee to purchase. Room service doesn’t restock essentials properly. Front desk doesn’t explain anything about the resort up on your arrival. You’re basically on your own with a confusing map. No info is provided about the restaurant’s menu or hours or even amenities.
