A bit moldy and felt overpriced for what we got, but the location was very good. Their laundry service seems like a huge ripoff with the prices.

While our room was comfortable & great location - the staff need to work on their customer service. We weren't advised of our free room credit on check in & even when I confirmed it with staff, it wasn't applied at check out. until I reminded them again that we were over charged. Check out is 11am but house keeping knocked on our door at 9.30am asking to make up the room. Also at check out after settling our room service bill, the receptionist asked to see the credit card we used for the bond again, which was unnecessary and a bit rude. Staff aside, the room was great.

Situated in downtown area near restaurants and harbour amenities

We had a great stay at SkyCity Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The room was well-maintained with excellent facilities, and the bed was especially comfortable. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would happily stay here again.

With the Rydges being only walking distance from the stadium it was the perfect location for a staycation. The hotel was humming with rugby fans and the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive as it got busier. The pool was great for a quick swim.

Great location to the Auckland Airport

Great choice of hotel when arriving from overseas at 1am - quick easy check-in and a yummy comfy bed to fall into. Great rooms for an overnight stay. Staff couldn’t have been more accommodating.

Lovely room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again
