Place is a great location close to coffee and cafes in Newfarm however is a bit rundown and maybe should be expected for the price.
Air conditioning worked only in one bedroom and was used to cool the entire place (two bedroom apartment). The system ran all day and could not be adjusted (two remotes provided did nothing).
There were about 5 sets of cutlery and the stove top while functional was not really heating the provided pans/pots to cook anything too complicated.
Oven worked fine however and worked for us on some simple frozen meals.
Unit we had was on the second floor and was fine for us to walk up the stairs (no lift) but could be a bit of a problem for others.
