Staff were very attentive and helpful. There’s self-serve laundry on site. Breakfast buffet had tons of options. Rooms were clean and modern. A little out of the way from the main attractions in Bangkok but that’s no fault of them.

Room was spacious, spotless with a great view of the city. There was a personalized welcome message on the TV when I entered. Luggage was delivered to my door. Every staff member in the hotel went above and beyond to make me feel at home during my stay, especially those working at the pool and fitness centre. 10/10 would recommend
