Room had not been cleaned properly and found plastic things under the chair in bedroom, toiletries were not stocked, half used by the previous customer . Unfortunately, many staff could not understand what you were saying, bar man was excellent, made lovely cocktails. The room was noisy next to the lifts and the Internet and cable did not work.
Very disappointing stay considering it’s five star Fairmont
