Problems with the lifts daily. I lot countvat the number of times i was left going up and down because my cards didn’t work.
Hotel was terribly dated and not the cleanest i've stayed in.
However, the breakfast excellent, shower piping hot anf the older gentleman concierge was a delight.

Came for our honeymoon, had a great experience. Staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is awesome. Only thing was our room had the ants (which are common in Singapore due to heat) on the bed head board and switches. The hotel quickly sprayed it and treated it tho once we let them know. Didn’t see any ants after that!
