Chiba Prefecture Kid friendly Holidays

Surpass my expectations in many ways. The check in and the welcome lounge was really wonderful. We bought the buffet breakfast and that turned out to be excellent as well with one pro tip: try and get there at a reasonably early time or there will be a line. If you do get there and your closing they will run the line pretty quick but some of the food may not get replenished. Our rooms were both great and the only thing for improvement would be that they were dusty.

The room was well-appointed. I had a balcony overlooking Tokyo Bay, and I was thrilled to step onto the terrace and enjoy the breezes from the Bay. The bathroom was fantastic and filled with things we might have forgotten like bath sponges and hairbrushes and other bits and bobs. I miss that courtesy in America -- I would have probably had to pay $10 for the hairbrush I took. The tub was deep and had sturdy handles to help me get out after a long day at Disney. My only "complaint" is the bed was a little hard. But I'm a back sleeper and it worked fine for me. The staff is amazing -- you so much as look like you are thinking about what to do, and they rush over, ready to help. It's going to be hard to go back to hotels in America where no one helps, the rooms are mid and everyone (in the US) expects a tip for nothing.
