I would like to say everything was pretty good in the Prince Sunshine Hotel but, there are a few downsides. The location is very convenient, the hotel connects with the sunshine city mall which is great for shopping and dining. The staff at the front desk lacks training (some of them). The Hotel is super busy, hundreds of guests and the hallways and elevators are mostly everyday packed with people and luggage and children running in the hallways, it becomes noisy and crowded. It is a little bit far from Ikebukuro station, if you don’t like, or can’t, walk long distances, probably you have to choose another Hotel.

Awesome hotel with a great location. Breakfast served daily and real close to Disney. The staff was super friendly and even though they mostly speak Japanese they did their best to speak to me in English. Will definitely be staying there the next time I visit Japan

Great place to stay. The breakfast buffet was good. Towels and toothbrushes were replaced every day. The staff are accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Schole. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable for our family. The rooms were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming.
The staff was outstanding—always friendly, professional, and eager to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights was the breakfast. The selection was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and a great way to start each day.
The location is excellent. The hotel is directly across from Tokyo Skytree and just steps away from the train station, bus stops, and easy access to taxis, making it extremely convenient for exploring Tokyo.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially families looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

"This is another the website picture look better than the actual hotel. The room is small and old, just like a motel type. This location you don't want to be out in the evening by yourself. Also too far away from the airport. Over priced too!"
