We arrived early, and the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and communication was easy throughout our stay.
The property is conveniently located near the train station, which made traveling around simple and hassle-free.
The art themed rooms and spaces were amazing too!

The hotel is just ok. The rooms feel like you’re in small cruise cabin. The Godzilla head and terrace are off limits. The air conditioning in the building is subpar. Aside from the size, the room was ok. The breakfast buffet is pricey and the options were just ok. I wouldn’t stay again at this hotel. The Shibuya area of Japan is a better option.
