It was easy in every way. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It felt like a family. There was plenty of room in the lounge and dining area. Room was a good size. Better than Premier Inn. First class service by reception staff. We had a very early flight and hotel happy to arrange a 4am breakfast. Always use this hotel for early flights from Exeter airport. Highly recommended
