Clean, comfortable enough. Small bathroom. It’s a big hotel, so there’s a wait for the elevator/lift when you’re on the 18th floor. Breakfast at 9 is chaos with hundreds of people.

Standard wear and tear - broken door lock and a very squeaky bed frame. But the room and the property were very clean. Staff was courteous but seemed entirely unprepared for the rush of Easter weekend and we waited in line at least 15 minutes to check in. This is a great location half way between Blackfriars and Kings Cross - just take the bus!
