The hotel is nice but already a bit old and needs some maintenance for a five star resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great beach with a separate snorkelling area where you can discover a lot of colourful fish. The breakfast buffet is average, the dinner buffet is expensive for what you get and the drinks at the bars as well. In total it was okay for us and the kids.

Staff was excellent and, like at most Fijian resorts, very friendly. We visit Fiji for the snorkeling and ocean. Your resort seemed to have to few available boats to support snorkeling trips.

The accommodation is very clean and spacious, set in lush gardens and wide lawns. Four on site restaurants are available and there’s a good variety of menus with cultural shows on set days. The greatest asset is the friendly staff who go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and always appear happy and engage with the guests.

Great place to stay, clean, everythin needed on site and staff are amazing. Its a very much A family resort, so lots of children and activites which is wonderful if thats what youre looking for.

Very nice hotel, the definition of you get what you paid for amazing, clean and very nice view for my experience. I loved it and would not question if I should come back or not.

Our first family holiday in Fiji and the Intercontinental Fiji Resort exceeded our expectations. The staff were attentive in all areas of the resort making our stay a delight. Special mention to Sera at breakfast who remembered all of our names and coffee orders and Johno who ran the crab races plus other activities. We will return!
