We love our stay! Bure was clean and big enough for us. Outdoor shower was great. Food was really good, loved especially the themed buffets for dinner. Big shout out to the chefs who went over and beyond for some toddler requests, so appreciated!! Loved the rental bikes and exploring the island with them. Also used free kayaks. Staff all very friendly and helpful, attended a few activities which were all great. Evening program with live music and shows etc. was excellent, also for kids. Only noticed that the resort lacks a fair amount of general maintenance eg around pool area with things being broken and not repaired. Pity that one cafe was closed but good to see it was getting an upgrade. We would definitely come back, had such a good time!

Staff all welcoming and friendly. Particularly clean room. Can do better. Swim bar great, but should have toilets and showers close to pool. Breakfast fine, buffet meals reasonable. Some meats very dry and hard to chow. Loved the salads and variety of food. Occasionally food not warm enough. In the bedrooms no microwaves.

This place was great, the only issue for us was the amount of kids between 6 months and 2-3 years. If you are looking for a more adult experience, this is NOT the place for you. We had 2 groups of 38 each, there was 28 kids for 10 adults. Sleeping in for adults is not in the cards. We have a 13 and 14 year old kids that could not sleep in once! We wanted to have our teen adult roast a marshmallow, we were told to leave. The staff is great but DO NOT go there if you have kids 10+, it’s wild how they placate to kids while leaving the real paying guests out to dry. This was our 3rd multi week trip to Fiji, we should have picked a place with less than 60 kids under 8!

Stayed 3 nights in a deluxe beachfront bure. Was given a cheaper oceanfront room to begin with but got it corrected once I pointed it out to them. The room was clean . Staff were always polite and helpful. Loose toilet . Shower water temp was good The whole place needs a tidy up. Junk lying around, broken fences, la A huge safety concern with their tender boat . It filled with water and our bags and shoes got wet NO SIGN OF LIFE JACKETS ON THE BOAT!!! No ramp when getting off at the rocky side of the island. Getting off the boat was very dicey. Luckily no elder persons on this trip. On the return trip , the engine kept cutting out. The outboard motor is in very poor condition. Food was expensive but okay....not great though. $75 for dinner Buffet . $35 for continental breakfast. After dinner entertainment on a Wednesday was good, cultural singing and dancing They all seem to know the shortcomings of this place so hopefully they do something about it. Will be sad if they dont.
