Beautiful room and views. The staff was amazing!!!! I can not stop telling everyone how amazing the guys and gal who valet are care and brought our stuff up and down to are car were. There was a small water pipe burst and we were on the 17th floor the beautiful people had to carry all our stuff down due to no electricity. From the min we got there to min we left they were very attentive. Thank your u for making our stay from Oregon great even though that one day wasn’t so great. Walking up 17 floors and down, with no showers was a little rough but the hotel made up for it. Thank you again.

Staff, staff, staff. Fantastic team of welcoming, courteous and helpful members. Call out to Patricia, Stefanie, Koveh, Isabella, Joshua, Scott and Jaylen. Nice clean room. Hotel is well located with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and a great grocery store close by. Just a block from the waterfront and a beautiful park and sea wall. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for things to do in North Vancouver - right next to Lonsdale Quay with shops and restaurants - as well as easy access to downtown Vancouver. Excellent views, well-appointed room.

Excellent accommodations and walking distance to essentials.

The staff at the front desk were super helpful and accommodating to all my needs regarding the shuttle to and from the airport as well as my check in! The room was spotless! It was a unique and amazing experience! I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

I booked this hotel primarily due to the spa. And I was aware months ago that the primary spa was under renovation but called the front desk and was told that all guests would have full access to the Nordic spa. I was not told that the Nordic spa required a reservation. We arrived and found it was fully booked. I explained that's the whole reason we booked the hotel, got no real empathy or genuine attempt to accommodate, and settled to be put on the waitlist should anyone cancel. We then went to the pool/hot tub area from 4:30 until 6PM to observe that the Nordic spa was not being used by any guests. It was empty the whole time. Very frustrating to say the least. Aside from the dissappointment of the Nordic spa miscommunications, everything else was great. But that was a major detractor from the overall experience and I would've stayed elsewhere had I known.

The facility is new and beautiful but the service was bad, the shower water stayed in the bath tub we valled 3 times n no one showed up to fix! The location is great but to us this was not a 5 star at all
