Reserved king size bed but only queen size available , breakfast quality was down compared to last visit. Eggs were dry, sausage balls were not appetizing & tasted like hot dogs, no hot chocolate & no espresso machine available. It used to be our go to hotel and we loved it. We might try it again in off-season but then again we might not.

The reception’s people were very friendly and professional. Hotel room clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the harbor. I gave 4 of 5 stars because restaurant service was not friendly and took very long time. I think they are independent business but as they are located on hotel grounds Oswego team should know about it.

Very nicely appointed room. It was perfect for me. I had to work during my stay and absolutely no issues with internet. There is not much to fo within walking distance, but I had a car and parking was free. I would 💯 stay again!

"The staff was on top of it! I was visiting Victoria for 2 nights for a work trip and the staff accommodated an early check in so I could do a work call in my room. The rooms were well appointed and clean. I loved having a kitchenette and the coffee was also good which was a bonus."
