Denpasar Kid friendly Holidays

Good friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable bed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Segara Village Hotel, and will likely stay there again, but there were a couple of things (mostly outside of the control of the staff) that unfortunately made the stay not as excellent as it could have been. When we arrived our room had been set up with two single beds instead of a double bed. As we got there late, my husband and I just went straight to bed & credit to the staff they DID fix it the very next day so we had a double bed for the rest of the stay. We loved the fact our room was in a separate section to the rest of the accommodation were so we had an adults only pool, meaning we could relax in the afternoon with a dip without the noise/excitement of young kids. We could have gone to the other pools if we wished, but enjoyed the quiet and shade of our area. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff were fantastic & incredibly helpful & made our stay great. The hotel being right on the beach was excellent & we enjoyed the beach dining area too. Unfortunately part way through our stay, one of the bedside shelves collapsed & smashed a glass & narrowly missed my husband's foot. Again, the staff were great and moved us to another room immediately, but it was a inconvenient having to move everything at night & my husband's CPAP machine was on the shelve when it fell so we had to check it for damages. Ultimately no-one was hurt and we appreciated the room change. We look forward to staying again once renovations are completed.

The cottages are older but with Bali charm. If you want a laid back traditional experience. With exceptional friendly service you stay here. Close enough to Sanur beaches and cafes and a lovely bike ride into town. Most enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, it has been luxurious treatment. I've been notified before our arrival of the arrangement and despite booking it wrong on the website to have 2 single beds instead of a king bed, they managed to accommodate it to our preferences last minute. The whole staff has been so friendly and very attentive to our needs throughout the trip, from messaging us the night prior to get our breakfast order to noticing our discomfort following a rough trip to Nusa Penida, they've even went above and beyond into providing us teas to calm our nerves which weren't on the menu or expected. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying at the Samata, it made our Bali stay unforgettable.

We just got back from staying at this villa on our trip. Even before got there the host was very nice and responsive. Then the moment we got there till the time we left all the staff were helpful, wonderful and outstanding. The place was exactly the way it is shown on their site. Our meals were made completely fresh. We would definitely recommend this villa and will definitely come back. Thank you again! :)
