The location was very central to everything on offer in Kuta but there are much better resorts to stay at if you dont want the chaos of being hassled all day.
The Grand Deluxe Poolside Room was old but well maintained and the staff were friendly and attentive to your needs. What really let this resort down was the food; it was poorly prepared with low quality produce and everything, breakfast, lunch and dinner, lacked flavour. Thankfully there were some good restaurants in the local area.

I enjoyed the hotel overall with a nice pool and gym area. The room was large with great aircon and lovely bath. If I had to say something was not up the scratch was the breakfast. It was fine just a lot better out there. Staff are great and very helpful. I still give them a 5 because the Le petite chef was amazing. One of the best nights out

Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Amenities well looked after and the environments were beautiful. Food was amazing everywhere we went and the breakfast buffet was always spot on.
