Northern Rivers Rail Trail Honeymoon Holidays

Our 2 nights for 4 adults was very comfortable. Plenty of room. Well appointed kitchen. Great to have 3 toilets! Spa pool very pleasant.

Loved the property, however did find a cigarette wrap inside on the lounge chairs after sitting down

The room was clean inside except for the ensuite which had water leaking from the toilet ,running accross the floor. The pool and balcony area were filthy. The pool was cold in spite of there being a pool heater which wasn't operational. When we complained about it to Q Stay( they mange the apartment on behalf of a private owner) they said the pool is not advertised as being heated. Q Stay said they would send house keeping to clean inside but not outside. House keeping didn't come during our stay. Soul management could help because it is a privately owned apartment. It seems the owner is probably to tight to spend on cleaning and maintenance.

Great ocean view, clean room, excellent location. Outdoor and indoor spa, steam room and sauna was good too.

Booked a week out and got a very reasonable price especially given proximity to beachfront. Was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade on check-in to a two bedroom apartment with a lovely sea view from the balcony and main bedroom. Jane checked me in and was very helpful and friendly. I had a small suv rental car and my allocated carpark was a tight squeeze next to a pole, but luckily no one parked on one side of me which was a relief! Could be tricky for nervous drivers or larger vehicles. Location is perfect with an easy walk along beachfront to either Broadbeach one way or Surfers the other. There is also a local convenience store close by for any essentials if you don’t have time to travel further and a BWS within a 10min walk also.

Great location. Tidy, clean and well equipped unit. Car parking is a little tight but road parking is available.

Excellent reception we arrived early and were greeted with great hospitality and the room was made ready for us to check in within an hour. The facility was very quiet despite construction. Our room had excellent ocean views, we loved it, very comfortable beds excellent, close to all amenities, lots of room and plenty to do
