Pretty out of the way from the main strip in Katoomba, probably more preferable for those with cars. Facilities were fantastic and the rooms were clean and spacious.
Oftentimes staff took quite a while to address issues, as a lighbulb needed changing and I had to ask 3 times over about 7 hours before someone finally came and changed the lightbulb, and also water often took a couple of calls to be delivered. But staff were friendly and helpful when approached directly, also the maid might have been one of the most friendly people I ever briefly spoke with.
