Good value for money to attend RPA appointments over 2 days. Good to see the Dining area back working

Excellent location, just few mins walk to QVB, Townhall & Darling Harbour, lots of restaurants nearby. The room is a bit old, the towel rack had dropped in the washroom. Dun expect the kitchen could be used as the pot & pan are rusty & other food wares are also dirty so I didn’t cook. It’s still good value for money considered the location & room size.

Loved every little details that was included in our stay. We also came for their winter dome dining experience and we were well taken care of. I would love to come back and enjoy their rooftop pool.

Great proximity to the CBD

The hotel was beautiful, but the common areas were open to the outside and cold. Lovely room, but the water pressure in the shower was very low. No free upgrade was offered. I was told one free bottle of wine per night with my VIP status. But I was given one cheap bottle of wine the first night and that was it - the wine was of such poor quality we did not ask for more. The staff was friendly and professional.

Everything was really nice, bed was comfortable, clean bathroom etc. Good size room with king bed and small table with chairs was cozy but more than sufficient. The self check in computers were fine, but if I had any issues, it wasn't immediately noticeable where to go for assistance especially if the concierge desk was inmanned. This became a big issue for me one night when I left the room around 1am to walk a bit. My keycard became unlinked for whatever reason and this is needed to allow the elevator to stop at your floor. My phone digital key didn't work for the elevator and there was no one on the lobby floor for about 20 minutes when I needed a new key. The self check in computer had no option for a replacement key, so this was a temporary issue, but frustrating in the middle of the night when there was no immediate way to call for assistance in the lobby. Nevertheless, I would stay at this hotel again.

Within walking distance to city transport. I had the standard single room which is quite small but adequate for 1 night.

Friendly staff, clean and convenient
