The staff were all helpful and friendly. I especially enjoyed the self service washers and dryers the hotel provides. My room was very spacious, quiet, and clean. I would stay again!

My daughter and I stayed here for 7 days. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It seemed we were central to everything, as we used buses, the underground and the trains, with all our journeys starting at the Victoria Station only 1/2 block away. There were a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance, and a few theatres if you want to see a show. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The variety of the food was very good and everything was fresh. The hotel is very clean and I love that our room did not have any carpet. The soundproofing is pretty good. My only suggestion is if the hotel could offer a couple of washing machines and dryers for guests to catch up on laundry. But that's not really a "con", just a nice have they may consider. The hotel does offer laundry services but sometimes I just prefer to do my own. Otherwise, great staff and great hotel!

The location was spot on for our time in London. We could walk most anywhere and public transport was easily accessible. The staff was polite, professional and very helpful. That said, the room itself was a disappointment. It was hot and stuffy and we could not adjust the thermostat. Felt like we were in a closet, yet it was supposed to be a deluxe room. The sheets felt like they were made of paper. Would stay in Covent Garden area again, but would go elsewhere next time
