We had a Premium Grand room, which came with access to 45th floor lounge, and that made the difference, with great views over Tokyo at breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails/snacks hours - including sunsets. Worth the extra money. Hotel location is very good for transport, shops, bars and restaurants (but not TOO close)
