The staff from the front desk to the doorman to the servers and hostess in the sky lounge, the staff was amazing, kind and considerate. The breakfast was always very and delicious offering both Eastern and western style foods. The rooms were immaculate, and the cleaning staff were incredibly attentive and the air-conditioning could be adjusted to make the room feel as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend anyone coming to Ho Chi Minh City to book a room at this amazing hotel.

The hotel is very clean, staff are helpful and very responsive.
There were some things out of the hotels control, however they went above and beyond what I would normally expect in order for me to enjoy my stay. Will definitely come back next time I am in HCM.

The pool area is very nice and the gym was well equipped. Breakfast was very enjoyable especially the Pho.
There was some minor renovation noise a couple of the days and we could sometimes smell smoking whilst inside our room.
We have however stayed here every year and overall we enjoyed our stay
