After hours check in information was inadequate. More importantly the appartment (which I was later told only just came under their management) was substandard. Main sofa was disgusting as were main living area carpet/rug with stains all over them. Cups/glasses required washing before use. No where safe to leave luggage after 10am checkout on a Sunday so the luggage must go with you after reception (who can keep an ‘eye’ on it if at the desk) closes at midday which is totally impractical. Basically there were too many little things along with these major concerns to list. The resort operator never should have put this apartment up for rental until it had had a small renovation/refit(as apparently they have asked the owner to do), or offer it at a substantial discount noting the deficiencies. It was embarrassing when my wife arrived for a weekend wedding a night after I arrived. I will be requesting a refund.

Our 2 nights for 4 adults was very comfortable. Plenty of room. Well appointed kitchen. Great to have 3 toilets! Spa pool very pleasant.

The area the hotel is located is excellent, and overall reception was excellent

Comfortable room.. Heating worked! Close to beach so was lovely sitting on tthe balcony enjoying the silence & listening to the surf 🙂. A shame that our room faced north-west.... we had no view other than the rooms & corridors on other levels. It Was school holidays so the noise from the pool and spa beneath echoed loudly Rooms were fairly sound-proofed 👍 Great spot near the Esplanade - heaps to do / see / and eat! Just missing an ocean view 😉
