Everything was good, The apartment was very clean, the staff were very friendly, the common areas such as the pool were clean, the jacuzzi was very nice, and the BBQ area was excellent.

Im disabled so my views are probably different to most. What i found overwhelmingly making your resort average is the layout and accessibility and no lift. the place is disorienting. a maze. poorly signed and difficult to access or navigate. it gets boring getting lost.

FOR 1 NIGHT !
I LOVE YOU GUYS YOUR MY HOME AND FAMILY AWAY FROM HOME AND BEAUTIFUL SOULS,
BUT IVE NEVER EVER CROSSED THIS BEHAVIOUR AND DEFIANT ATTITUDE,
AT MY OAKS BEFORE OR EVEN ANY OFF THE POOL,
GROUNDS,CLEANERS,
STAFFING !
