Auckland (AKL) to Tokyo (HND)
9.6/10 Exceptional! (448 reviews)
Location was convenient with lots of restaurants around and train station close by. Room was okay, found a spider on the bed as I was getting ready for bed. Room is spacious, love that there is a kitchen counter and toaster. They had a washer and dryer in the room which is convenient but my clothes didn’t dry completely when i select the wash/dry option so my clothes was still damp and smell like mildew when I got back to the room at night. Staff is friendly, the elevator is pretty small.

A nice hotel in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. The train station is nearby, but requires walking uphill, which may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Conveniently, there is a 7-Eleven right in the hotel.

Property and room was very clean, albeit a little dated. Construction in the area around Shinagawa station makes walking access a little awkward.
