Excellent in every way. Especially Igor at Breakfast along with the rest of the staff.

We stayed at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay for 8 nights in September (2026) and absolutely loved it - the property and location were exceptional. There were 2 of us traveling, mostly in the Tokyo area, and both adults. The hotel itself was beautiful - the lobby and restaurants were clean and our room was fabulous. It was huge by Japanese standards and would be comparable to a regular North American room at a Sheraton. Our beds were SO comfortable with lots of pillows.As a Bonvoy member, they upgraded us to a room that faced directly into both parks. There was a free shuttle that ran frequently between the hotel and the Maihama train station/Ikspiari .There is a huge, well-stocked Disney gift shop in the hotel. I could go on and on. The staff were incredible. From check-in to any requests during our stay to the exceptionally helpful bell staff, everyone was fantastic. We really like Toastina, a basic cafe with delicious pastries and coffee. My only complaint about the hotel was the lack of affordable eating. The 3 restaurants were all pricey. I wish the hotel had a Lawsons/7-11 - I've heard the Hilton beside the Sheraton has 2 Lawsons, which would be great for quick snacks after a long day in Tokyo or at Disney. Overall - LOVE this hotel and will definitely book again on our next trip!
