There was hair in the shower and the house keeping did not clean my room or change my sheets through my whole stay. Don’t stay here

Convenient central location. Rooms were clean and taken care of. Also good chance if getting a good room view with the location. Downsides were the beds weren't overly comfortable. And the bathrooms have near zero privacy. Also we weren't able to cast to the tv. Breakfast buffet is great but very busy. Overall good stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy, which I really appreciated after a long day of traveling. The location is definitely a plus—there are plenty of food options nearby, and it’s also conveniently close to Bryant Park. However, the room itself was quite small and unfortunately not as clean as I expected. I noticed some hair left on the bed, which was disappointing and made the space feel less well-maintained. Service was a bit inconsistent. Most of the staff were attentive and friendly, which made a positive impression. However, the front desk staff member on my second day was noticeably rude and not welcoming, which affected the overall experience. The hotel is dog-friendly, which is great, but there isn’t a designated dog relief area on the property. You’ll need to walk to nearby spots like Bryant Park for that. Overall, the location and most of the staff were highlights, but improvements in cleanliness, room size, and consistency in service would make a big difference.

It was amazing, the view was great and my cleaning staff for the duration of my stay was so nice and kind. Everyone was! Shoutout to the hotel, I'll definitely be back if plans work out!

The room was great, check-in was easy.... but the AC issue really needs to be fixed! It was soooo warm in our room when NY was in a heat wave!

The valet is aggressive, expensive and the only option. Otherwise everything else was great.

The buffet was free but they do bring you a bill at the end, there is no balance on it, I assume it was to the encourage tipping

The breakfast menu was fresh and delicious.

Breakfast was great! Especially if you want to save your money for a fun disney day. Having a kitchen in our room was a plus. Overall good experience and would come here again!

Needs some cleaning and dusting other than that thank you for great hospitality. Also a perfect location if you catching a game or event at crypto!
