"The property is quaint, well-maintained, and full of charm. We had a front-facing balcony where we could relax and enjoy the views, including a glimpse of the water in the distance. The staff were amazing, very informative about the hotel amenities, and went out of their way to help whenever needed. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection of options. Overall, we felt it was excellent value for the money. My only complaint relates to a booking error that I made when selecting the dates. I realized the mistake immediately and contacted Hotels.com for assistance. They reached out to the hotel to see if the reservation dates could be amended, but the hotel was unwilling to make an exception to its policy. This was disappointing because we were not trying to cancel the reservation or reduce the length of our stay; we simply wanted to shift the booking by one day. Given that it was the off-season and the hotel was not fully booked, it did not appear to be an issue of availability. Despite this, the request was denied and I had to pay the penalty."

"This was a lovely hotel. Bit of a hill to get to it and between a 5-10 minute walk to the main restaurants. 10-20 minute walk to beach, depending on which one you went to. Staff are lovely, rooms are clean. There is no food on premises after breakfast. Pool snacks would be good. Bar open until around 8pm. I think later would of been better. You can get take aways to be delivered to the hotel though. We had pizza a couple of times and it was lovely. They order that in for you. Overall was lovely, nice pool area too."

"Staff were great specially in the breakfast area was very attentive and friendly. The downsides on the stay that we were not accommodated on our paid room on the first day because there were still guests and it was a downgrade without complimentary or clear explanation and no refund either. The tele on our room was in the middle of the beds on the room we paid for. There was a kettle but unsure what to do with it as there were no cups or something to use it for like coffee or tea. For a high value price it was mid but for the staff was excellent and very clean."
