The resort was in a great position, with nice amenities and a number of pools and access to the water. The room was a good size, and so was the bathroom. There were lots of choices for breakfast to suit all requirements and staff were always helpful.

Had a great day love the resort, the person who took (cleaned) care of my room was outstanding. She gave the best experience did not take her name down, but I should have. Would definitely be back. Great resort!!!

The staff and hotel overall was good. Decor was very colorful and abstract. Breakfast was good and the gym had a decent amount of equipment. However a few things to consider if booking. For one it is not as accessible going from hotel rooms to lobby/pool/gym/beach. Not sure if the elevator was not working in that area or if it just does not go to the lower levels. I had to climb at least 3 flight of stairs to get from the beach area to the pool and gym. There is a ramp but it is quite steep. My room was on the first floor but the lobby was on the 4th floor and in order to get to the dining room for breakfast you had to go down a flight of stairs from the lobby. Understanding that the building is on a cliff and requires multiple floors it was a bit challenging.

Unique Place to Stay

Great place and super nice hotel. Great views and the infinity pool was awesome. Just a small hike from the boardwalk with all the shops but plenty of food everywhere

The hotel was good , the rooms clean and the staff were very pleasant, my only issue was that it wasn’t made clear that most of the facilities were closed because of the season, the main bars were closed, the main restaurant was closed and they wouldn’t even make cocktails at the only bar that was open. The surrounding area was closed but decent bars and restaurants were open in the main town.

Breakfast was great, continental and english bfast was provided with pork and chicken served separately. We really wanted to use the pool only to be told that it had been drained. The service was great and he offered spa facilities, the problem is we were checking out at 10am and the spa opens at 1pm so couldn’t make use of it. Clean modern room. The bathroom had stains around the sink which wasn’t pleasant to look at. Visited mid October and they said air con has been switched to only provide hot air for the entire building. There was suppose to be a mini bar in the fridge but it was completely empty so make sure you check this/ tell them in advance if this is the case to avoid getting charged. Overall, modern and clean room. However, not good value for money because so many facilities that were suppose to be included weren’t available.

The staff is rude : doesn't Say hello and respond when we Say it. They give us only one room card for 3 adults in the room and refused to give another which created issues and inconfort. During the breakfast, they are harcelling us to take the vessels and dont let us finish to get ouf breakfast in calm. The swimming pool in picture used for promotion is billeable 25euros. Overall i dont recommend the stay, for this Price we Can expect a better experience and services from the staff

When checking in and seeing what our room options were, we wanted to cancel our booking immediately. The rooms are not the cleanest, and had a problem with hot water at one point. There were stains on the coffee table that the house keeper wouldn’t wipe, the floors looked and felt dirty, the couches looked like there never been cleaned. The room upgrade was a waste of money as the room was very small, view was OK, the beach in the property is very small and not at all what I expected. When we tried to cancel our booking we were told we wouldn’t get a full refund and would lose the 1 night stay as penalty. When asking for cancellation confirmation the staff member was rude, wouldn’t provide a receipt, kept rolling his eyes and he spoke in a very low tone, I could barely hear him. Because he wouldn’t provide cancellation confirmation, we decided to stay as we thought Expedia won’t provide the rest of the refund without proof!! The hallways are very musty, the carpets are so dirty and stained. Breakfast was OK, coffee was extra and not included, it was €4/coffee may I add. I would never stay here again!

Bed and towels reeked of laundry soap and the hotel management told me it was so I would know they were clean. You may like sleeping with your head on a box of Tide or whatever soap they use, however I ended up using my backpack as a pillow as the management was very proud their linens were not rinsed properly and safely. Next time I will just stay else where and pay day use fee for pool ocean access

The room was very clean, which we really appreciated. The staff was also very kind and welcoming, although at times the service did not quite feel at the level you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The property itself seems to have great potential, but some areas could use a bit more attention and maintenance. For example, near the main entrance there was a section under repair covered with plastic and tape, which affected the first impression a little. The breakfast offered both sweet and savory options, but overall it felt somewhat limited compared to other 5-star experiences. The gym equipment also appeared to need better maintenance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with a few improvements the hotel could truly match its full potential.
