I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I arrived around 6 PM and almost everything was already closed, which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. The gift shop was supposed to open the next day, but it never did, leaving guests with no place to even grab basic necessities. ...

My room was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Love the options at the the breakfast buffet but the hotels infrastructure needs cleaning and upgrading. Terrible smell of the seaweed on the coastal shore was unbearable but overall I had a good experience though.
