Beautiful place in a small space

I stayed over night with my daughter due to an athletic meet at the stadium. Needed a clean place to rest the night close to the venue. Check in was easy. Rooms adequate for the time spent. Price was reasonable. Will definitely come again

If occupancy permits,I will surely be back It's in a great location, reasonable priced and very clean There is also shuttle service from airport for your safety They also have lots more to offer.. tours etc. I will definitely recommend them..

Housekeeping was extremely good. The room was cleaned and well maintained every day. Very good location , close to Ariapita Avenue where there are several food options. Close to Queens Park Oval and Queens Savannah, and downtown Port of Spain.

Cleanliness and comfort stood out. A very engaging team, especially Melissa!! One thing i would recommend is an upgrade to the door locks, feel the inside throw bolt or deadbolt is needed for a more secure feeling.

Bed was very comfortable especially liked the privacy of the environment and the entire process was seamless and contactless as well. My room had everything that you would normally have at home utensils fridge microwave etc etc excellent for the price I paid

My room, #12, was nicely appointed & cozy. Kitchenette with dishes, dish soap, microwave & mini fridge. Bathroom had extra rolls of toilet paper and hand soap. Bath gel in shower stall. Comfy bed with clean linen, ironing board, luggage rack, bistro table with 2 chairs, a comfy chair with matching footrest and a chest of drawers (no closet). Cold A/C, strong Wi-Wi, TV with movie channels. Things to note: I first connected to the Wi-Fi "WOTA" & it dropped every 30 seconds...ugh! Next day, I connected to "WOTA Ext 5GHz" with stable, strong connection. This place is a 3 minute walk to Ariapita Avenue better known as "The Avenue" with tons of restaurants. I was able to grab a few things at a nearby pharmacy and at a nearby grocery chain store, "Massey Stores". As a female, I would NOT go walking BY MYSELF at night, but perfectly fine during the day. I used their airport transportation (cash only) from the airport & then back to the airport - I highly recommend. In spite of having photos of the driver, the vehicle & tag number, I arrived at night and was unable to locate my ride for 30-minutes although the driver was in the vicinity. I suggest that WOTA should pick & identify a specific spot for pickup. Other than that hiccup, the driver was AWESOME, friendly and super helpful...a HUGE shout out to Marcus!! Bottom line, I was pleasantly surprised and happy that this guest house met all MY needs without breaking the bank!!

Oh.. this stay is close to any whimsical experience or urge you may want or have. There are tours available as well throughout the island.. Management is available at all times.. They're very much into security..big plus. My only sadness with there, is the biggest season: carnival.. there is no room for me..

Great Value !!

I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations! Extremely clean, great location, private and very secure. My room was huge with a separate kitchen that included a microwave and refrigerator. Cable was great and internet connection was fast. Great staff I recommend this property.

Staff greeted me warmly and guided me to my room where I was able to store my luggage for a couple of hours. Room was clean, had wifi, air-conditioning, and hot water. I'm very happy with my stay.
