Very small room, the walls are paper thin where you can hear your neighbour. One staff in particular at the front desk was not very helpful when we asked her about the airport bus limousine service. I would not be coming back as I know there are other better rooms and service in the same price point and area.

All are very good!
Just few steps to Ikebukoro Station.
Many convenience stores nearby.
Staffs all are very warm and helpful.
Room very clean no matter it is a years hotel.
There is airport bus in front lobby hotel to Haneda and Narita.
Only rate a bit high...

Staffs were real nice. The hotel Building is huge and old, but elevators worked. The room lights were a problem; the Breakfast disappointing, the breakfast area is just too busy and chaotic, I wouldn’t recommend.
