I couldn't use the breakfast vouchers as they didn't have healthy options.

The pool was not heated, the jacuzzi lukewarm. Reno action was going on in the property so it was a bit chaotic…

Staff incredibly nothing was a problem. Golf course for breakfast and lunches Top rate.

Shuttle from marina and to airport was well organized and handy. Luggage storage available. Great view of reef and short walk to beach and golf buggy pickup. Hotel pool was large good. Some aspects of room and loungers etc slightly dated. Small issues like no socket on one side of bed for charging. Overall great and would recommend.

Our kids had an absolute ball, staff were lovely, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we went for the 2 days this year that we got torrential rain and suddenly chilly winds, bad luck for us. We were unable to do mini golf, go carts, or jumping pillow as they were closed off. Kids loved the splash pad so really happy that was still able to be used. Great value for money though, hope to go back when it’s sunny!!!

The house was beutiful with great views definetly a place to go woth seral people that dont want to share room. Also a lot of stairs and hills so not for weak.

Lovely place to stay. Although it is an older hotel and rooms they are always upgrading and maintaining it beautifully. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great location and just some minutes to the beach, big room and nice from view from balcony. Nice hotel!

Amazing place to stay with little ones, we loved every minute of it. So much to do at the property that you wouldn't even have to leave to have a great holiday. Multiple pools, kids activities, a small cinema, mini golf and the apartments with smart TV but also things like toddler cups and plates. Bus and tram stop are literally in front of the door and the beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. If you forgot to take something, you can probably loan or hire it (cots, toys, books, pool towels, high chairs etc etc). Staff is super friendly and the restaurant has decent food and coffee. Would've given 6 stars if I could.

Parking area exit up very steep ramp. Front wheel drive vehicle had traction difficulty at the top of the ramp. The wet surface made it even more precarious. It had just recently rained. Other wise a great stay.
