Property was beautiful and food was very good specially for an all inclusive. Unfortunately, some of the staff were rude in the restaurants. Got annoyed if asked for anything or lied about the kitchen being closed or the restaurant being at capacity in the special restaurants. They didn’t have lobster in the menu and won’t for months. We felt not welcome some of the time.
We also had the complete opposite too where waiters were amazing and nice. It left us d feeling neutral. I don’t think I would go back though.
