The service and updates at the hotel are great. The beds were NOT comfortable and reminded me of a cheap mattress found in a camper. If the beds were better quality, I definitely would have given it a better score!

yes both no hot water horrible customer service staff making false promises phone contact full of misleading lies failure to resilve all issues complete lack of empathy for my horrible stay left a night early due to horrid conditions of facility
