No towels in the pool. No slippers or toothbrush if required. No coffee machine. All of these available in other comparably priced hotels. A security deposit against damage is unacceptable. Nobody else does it and even though the delay in returning,
Is within a few days of checking out, it is still unacceptable.
That aside the room we had was large but looking a little worn. I would not return.

Great hotel and brilliant location for exploring Sydney. Pool and sauna area was very disappointing. Hot tub and sauna was not in operation during our visit but it was smelly and looked in need of a makeover.
The room and service was great.. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a good place to stay for convenience to the sights of Sydney.
