Amazing views! Very clean. Great food selection, always fresh food at breakfast. Great spot for exploring the local sights. Very helpful and attentive staff.

We just left Alpha; we were able to find excellent dining options in and around the hotel and getting to Sorrento was easy and affordable by train, nearby. The staff at the front desk was very helpful helping with transport and activity recommendations. Rooms were clean and comfortable with spacious showers and some toilettries (not including hair conditioner or face cloth towels if you prefer these). The pool is mostly in the shade because of its location in the garden. Some evening entertainment (i.e. sax player performing in the courtyard and other things). Overall a very nice stay on our journey and we'd go back.

The restaurant staff were all lovely and so attentive - especially Luigi. The cleaning staff in the villa was also so polite and helped us when we had an issue with our key. Bari kept our room extremely clean. The bar staff were also great. We requested the heaters to go on outside as it was evening and windy, the bar staff asked reception and they said no. The following day was then cold but we were outside having a drink and smoke, asked for the heaters to go on again and they wouldn’t allow it. That was disappointing because they are there to be used, also prevented us from spending more time and money in their bar. The heated pool wasn’t heated but we would have liked to use that - same with the hot tub. Location was good if you’ve got a car, if not, be prepared to get a taxi (although they have a shuttle 4 times a day to the city centre, runs every hour) Any questions feel free to ask for an honest answer
