Terrible service at valet. Valet was rude and not helpful. We chose to self park because of the awful experience with this valet. Mediocre service at check in. Not friendly. Didn’t properly activate one of our key cards.

We tried to check in on Sunday at 4 pm and there were throngs of people waiting in line to do just that. A digital center with computers had opportunities for “self check-in” but we didn’t notice that anyone was successful doing that. We were asked if we had a QR code, but when we didn’t, were directed to a very long, airport-like line. I waited upwards of 50 mins just to check in. There were also SO many people just there to see the gardens and the jungle animal area of the Bellagio, so it was noisy and chaotic. Also, making our way to the elevator was a bit of a hike directly through the casino, which was smoky, of course. Once we got to the room though, it was all great. Beautiful w a really big shower , very quiet and clean, and the pools were lovely as always. If you decide to go, just be ready for that lobby- chaos at the front end.

Lobby doesn’t get crazy like the other hotels nearby and it’s a great place to stay. The strip is very easily accessible from the Vdara.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Housekeeping did a great job. However the in room tablet wasn’t working when we got there and although we did call the front desk and tell them about it, it didn’t get fixed.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We were close to everything. The rim was smaller (as most city rooms are) but good enough for us two. The a/c worked well on an ungodly hot July weekend. Staff was friendly.
