This hotel is in an excellent location. The atmosphere is quite colourful. The rooms are not very big but comfortable a enough. Great value for money. Fairly clean although a bit of noise from next door due to renovations. Above all, the best thing this hotel has is the Staff. 20/10 in customer service. That alone is enough reason to stay here again in the future. Every single staff member were fantastic and there service is hard to beat!

Every detail—from the prime location and pristine rooms to the delicious breakfast and relaxing spa—exceeded our expectations. ​The staff were incredibly kind, but special thanks must go to the Guest Manager, Rose. Her exceptional service was truly commendable and made our stay stand out. Honestly, the service level here felt even superior to the 5-star Hotel de la Coupole we visited in Sapa. ​My spouse and I are already planning a return trip to Hanoi just to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I have never had service like the service I received at Splendid premium. The staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone was attentive, kind, and anticipated my needs. The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable i didnt realize i had fallen asleep. The shower pressure was great and the hot water stayed hot. The hottube on the terrace was clean and the jets were powerful. The wifi works. There are plenty of shops nearby and I felt safe in the area. You are very close to things to do in the old quarter. The rooftop bar has amazing views and the drinks were tasty. The buffet breakfast was delicious and you had so many options to choose from. The pool was 5ft deep and adequate for relaxing with a nice view. I would 100% stay here again.
