This hotel was adequate. They advertise a “shuttle bus” to and from Changi Airport; however when I tried to book the shuttle bus it was “fully booked” with no alternate service available, so I was forced to book a taxi instead at my own expense. The hotel should not advertise a service that it cannot deliver.

This hotel is currently renovating some of the rooms. The majority of tower A is complete. These rooms are very nice. Corner suites have large bathrooms and spacious livings areas. The smaller rooms are also well appointed. Tower D has not been renovated. Rooms are very run down. There has been a major leak throughout tower D and as a result some walls are swollen and need repaired. The rooms smell musty and mouldy. Furniture is threadbare, marks on the wall, not cleaned or maintained well. We moved rooms within tower D and the second room was as bad as the first. The next day we insisted on moving again and got moved after a lot of stress to tower A. Our family arrived later the same night and were put in the first room we moved out of. They had paid for a different room but put in there. They were also moved the next day. Two days later the last of our family arrived. A tower D room was also allocated to them but we insisted that they be moved to tower A. The majority of the staff are lovely. Breakfast is fantastic and there is something for everyone. Pool area is great. We are heading back to Bangkok at the end of our trip and will not be staying here again.
