Everything was fantastic. I have no complaints. The staff was excellent. The resort was very clean. The food was very good. The beach was beautiful. Pool was nice. Service excellent

Bedding in room. There are only flat sheets on the bed, no comforter. Staff attentiveness during restaurant service. Staff often ignored us and walked by us several times without acknowledgment. Have to hunt down a server for a drink or a refill.

The resort was beautiful and the staff was amazing. Room was clean, property was well cared for. Highly recommend this resort.

Great stay and experiences.

They are pretty good over all, housekeeping cleans the room every day. Staffs are very respectful and helpful. Good foods and drinks are also good.

Overall, we thought that this was be best all-inclusinve resort we've stayed at in Cancun out of about 5 in the last 10 years. The beach was outstanding: blue water, very little seaweed, easy to get a lounge chair/spot. The pools were nice---also easy to get a spot; we liked that you didn't have to have reservations for the restaurants, but we never really had to wait on a table. And we never had a bad a meal---all 3 of the dinner places were great, and the lunch options & buffet room were alway good. The rooms were nice, the bathroom may have lacked a little privacy; the nightly entertainment was mediocre----one night, there was nothing. But there was usually a few things that were entertaining & well done. We almost never go back to the same place, but said next year we would consider coming back & inviting our son, daughter, & son in law.

The staff was amazing, the room was always clean, almost every bartender and server acted like they really loved their jobs! Esteban and Roni were the BEST! The only thing I’d change is more options on room service!

The turn down service was great! Hector was great as well. Honestly, are the amenities were good. The preferred club perks were under used so I don’t see the value.
