"We booked this hotel a couple weeks ago. After driving 4 hrs with an 8 month old baby, we arrived to a hotel that was not even open. The sign said the hotel was closed due to Covid. There should’ve been communications that this hotel was temporary or permanently closed"

"The property was very clean but essentially a run-down motor hotel in the middle of nothing. Staff ran our credit card the morning of our arrival for $25 without permission as a "guarantee" that we would arrive.
